150th Albertlanders Celebration Registration

Registration, cancellation and refund

Registrations extended. Final close off approaching.
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come/first-served basis. We will endeavour to meet all your requirements.
Late registrations will be considered at the organising committee's discretion.
Please note: minimum and maximum numbers apply.
The Albertlanders 150th Celebration Committee reserves the right to cancel the Celebration or reschedule if it does not reach the budgeted minimum number of registrations. This decision will be made following the closing date and a full refund will be made to each registrant of the cancelled Celebration.
If you cancel your registration before the closing date, a refund will be made, less a $45 administration fee (adults) and $15 administration fee (children). After the closing date there will be no individual refunds.
While every effort will be made to avoid altering prices quoted we reserve the right to vary prices as required.
You may transfer your registration to another person until 10 working days before the Celebration. Please advise the Albertlanders 150th Celebration Committee in writing of the change.

Activities will be based at Port Albert Domain today.

After the Opening Ceremony, the following activities will commence from 12 noon.

Please note, numbers will be limited. 11:30am. Powhiri, followed by luncheon, re-enactment and cultural show.

Sunday will be free and easy. A day for families to get together, reminisce, enjoy some fun, and have those family group photographs taken.

The following free events will be happening throughout the day:

Interdenominational Remembrance Service at Port Albert Hall

Launch regatta commences at Port Albert Wharf continuing till prizegiving at approx 3 pm

12:00pm:

Country Market Fair and Old Time sports day at Port Albert Domain

Packed Lunch (Friday 6th and Sat 7th)

Can be ordered for the Friday and Saturday (should you not be attending the lunch at the Te Hana Cultural Centre on the Saturday). The packed lunch will consist of a 6" filled roll, biscuit, an item of fruit, and small drink. The choices for the rolls are beef, ham, tuna, salami, or vegetarian. Please indicate preference below ($10.00 per lunch).
